Where are my files stored?
Files use private Cloudflare R2 storage in Western North America. The privacy policy lists the providers and regions.
Audio and supporting files are stored in a private Cloudflare R2 bucket in Western North America, covering the western United States and Canada. File access uses signed URLs with limited lifetimes.
The application and database run on Railway in the United States. Stripe handles card payments and Resend handles email. Product analytics runs in the European Union and receives account-linked events, not audio, filenames, client names or email addresses.
The privacy policy lists the providers, purposes, regions and international transfer terms, including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, Standard Contractual Clauses and UK Addendum where applicable. Soneam does not offer a choice of storage country.
