What happens to my files if I cancel?
Your plan changes to Free at the end of the paid period. Existing files remain, with at least 12 months for storage above 5 GB.
Canceling takes effect at the end of the paid period. Your account then moves to Free. Existing files and review links remain available, and released downloads continue to work under their access settings.
If usage exceeds 5 GB, you cannot upload more until you free space or choose a larger plan. Project count remains unlimited.
Files above the free allowance are retained for at least 12 months after the paid plan ends. After that, excess files may be removed following an email notice. Keep a separate archive of files you need to retain.
Canceling a subscription is different from deleting your account. Account deletion removes its projects and files.
Free allows up to 3 retained versions per track, on existing and new projects. Pro and above allow unlimited versions within the storage allowance. A track at its Free limit cannot receive another version, including after a downgrade. Existing audio, comments, approvals and deliveries remain available. Uploads in progress reserve a slot; failed or canceled transfers do not use one. Deleting a version frees a slot, but removes its audio and comments and detaches it from approval records. Check those records and any delivery before deleting.
