How is storage counted?

Your audio uploads, client uploads, delivery extras, project assets, cover art and comment attachments count toward storage.

Generated files do not count: lossless previews, waveform data, resized cover images and codec previews. A 200 MB source file uses 200 MB of your allowance regardless of the previews generated from it.

Free includes 5 GB, Pro 500 GB and Studio 1 TB. All plans include unlimited projects and playback, comments, approval and delivery. Pro and above add five things: your logo on the client pages, the Visits panel, card checkout on gated deliveries through your own Stripe, a verification link for each approval (a public page with the version, its SHA-256, who signed off and when), and a monthly report by email. Studio adds webhooks for Zapier, Make and n8n. New accounts can use the Pro ones for their first 14 days. The payment gate itself, with a bank transfer or any method you name and confirm, is on every plan. If you need more than 1 TB, write to us for an Enterprise plan.

Deleting does not free the space on its own. What you delete waits in the Trash for 30 days and is still stored, so the meter does not move until you empty the Trash or the 30 days run out. A version used by an accessible delivery cannot be deleted at all; deactivate the delivery first.

A version in the Trash does not use one of your three, so deleting one makes room the same day. Free allows up to 3 retained versions per track, on existing and new projects. Pro and above allow unlimited versions within the storage allowance. A track at its Free limit cannot receive another version, including after a downgrade. Existing audio, comments, approvals and deliveries remain available. Uploads in progress reserve a slot; failed or canceled transfers do not use one. Deleting a version frees a slot, but removes its audio and comments and detaches it from approval records. Check those records and any delivery before deleting.
