Can I undo a delete?

Deleting a project, a track, a version, a file or a project's cover art puts it in the Trash. You have 30 days to put it back, from Trash in the sidebar.

A full one is shown fifty at a time, newest first. The chips along the top narrow it to one kind or to one project, and the box on the right searches by name.

While it waits there, nobody else can reach it. A deleted project stops answering on its review link, its delivery and its upload link the same second, so your client is not left listening to something you meant to take down.

It still uses your storage while it waits, because the files are still stored. Your allowance goes back up when you empty the Trash, when you delete one item from there, or when the 30 days run out.

A version in the Trash does not use one of the three versions Free keeps per track, so deleting one makes room for a new upload straight away. Putting it back is refused if the track is full again by then.

Two things work differently. Comments and replies are not deleted but marked as removed in the thread, so nobody is left answering something that vanished. Anything in a delivery your client can still open cannot be deleted at all: deactivate the delivery first.

After 30 days it is removed for good, audio included, and we have no other copy.
