How do I move a song to another project?
Choose a project under Move to another project in the song’s menu. Its versions and comments go with it, and nothing is copied.
Open the song’s ⋯ menu, choose the project under Move to another project and press Move. The song lands at the end of that project with every version and every comment.
Nothing is copied, so a move uses no more storage. Combine into project is different: it makes a copy and leaves the originals where they were.
If the project the song leaves has nothing else in it, that project goes to the Trash, where you can restore it for 30 days.
A song stays where it is if an approval is on record for it, if it is in files you have released, if a review link is set to play one of its versions, or while a file is still uploading to it. The message says which one, and what to do first.
