How long are delivery files available to download?
Free includes 30 days per release. You can release the files again at any time. Pro and above have no release time limit.
Files released in Delivery appear on the project’s review page, where your client can download them.
On Pro and above, files remain available until you unrelease them. On Free, each release has a 30-day download period. This starts from the latest of these dates: release, payment of the balance, or the end of a paid plan or Pro trial. The Delivery panel shows the expiry date.
After the period ends, clients can no longer download the files. Your files, release settings and delivery records are saved. The review page lets clients request access again, and Soneam emails you when they do.
To make the files available again, open Delivery and choose Release again for 30 days. Clients can use the same review link. This action does not send them an email.
Deliveries with an unpaid balance remain available for payment and do not expire under this time limit.
