The inbox of what is waiting on you
Not a feed. It lists the jobs that stopped, and says which side they stopped on.
The bell at the top of the dashboard opens a list of things that have stopped moving. A link that was opened and never answered. An approval that never became a delivery. Files you asked for and nobody sent. A client who says they have paid.
Each row goes to the exact place it is about, with the right panel already open. It is not a feed of everything that happened, because a feed of everything is a thing you stop reading in a week.
Anything a day old or newer stays out of it. Most of these answer themselves overnight, and a list that fills up with things nobody needed to act on is the same as no list.
