Can I send a delivery to one person and not the others?
Yes, when a job has more than one review link. The package appears on that client's page alone, and only they are emailed.
Yes, and it matters most on the jobs where a record goes to more than one person. A single is often one artist and one link. An album is frequently an artist, a producer and a mixing engineer, each with their own link, each listening to the same masters and each needing something different from you.
Say the producer is the one who signs off and pays. You cut a package with the masters and the balance due on it. Without this, that package would show up on all three review pages: the artist would see the files, and would see "Balance due" for an invoice that is not theirs. Naming the producer keeps it on their page and sends the email to them.

Open the Delivery panel and click Create delivery package, then pick the versions to send.

Under the versions, choose who can download it. The default is anyone holding a review link on this project, which is what you want when there is only one client.

Send it. It appears on that client's review page, and the email goes to them.
The question only appears when a project has two or more review links. With one link there is nothing to choose, so you are not asked.
Two details worth knowing. The email goes to whoever approved through that link, which means a client who has not approved anything yet has left you no address — Soneam will say so rather than pretend a letter went out, and the files are on their review page regardless. And an address you type into the CC box is always used, because you asked for it.
Everything else is unchanged: a payment gate works the same way, and so does a password on the delivery.
