When a client wants changes instead
Request changes is its own button. It is not a comment, and the link says so afterwards.
Next to Approve there is Request changes. A client who is not ready to sign off presses that instead, writes what they want, and the link records it: the card on your side shows the request and how long it has been sitting there.
It exists because a comment and a verdict are different things. Ten notes on a waveform do not tell you whether the client is waiting for a new version or thinking about it, and "can we try the chorus louder" in a comment reads the same either way.
Upload a new version and the request is answered by the version, not by anything you have to tick off.
