What does an approval record?

Approval records the supplied reviewer details, time, IP address, note and selected version. You can print the record.

An approval records the name the reviewer supplied, their email if provided, the UTC timestamp, IP address, any approval note and the selected version. The confirmation dialog explains what is recorded.

The printable record shortens the IP address; the full value remains stored. A name or email entered on a link is not verified identity. The record is not a formal electronic signature.

Approval does not confirm payment or release files. Check the selected delivery files and payment settings separately.
