Approval and delivery

A client can take back an approval

Withdraw removes the record and puts the project back where it was. Better than a signed-off version nobody trusts.

Updated 2026-09-03

Someone approves, listens again on the way home, and changes their mind. On the same link there is Withdraw, and pressing it deletes the approval record and puts the project back to where it was before.

The record is deleted rather than marked cancelled on purpose. An approval is evidence that a specific version was signed off, and evidence with an asterisk on it is worth less than no evidence: if it is on the record, it happened and it stands.

You are emailed when it happens, because a delivery built on a withdrawn approval is the thing this is here to stop.
