Someone approved by mistake. Can it be undone?
The reviewer can withdraw their approval from the review link. Engineers cannot withdraw it on their behalf.
The engineer cannot withdraw a client’s approval. The reviewer who submitted it can use Withdraw on the review link, subject to the client access checks. Withdrawal deletes the approval record.
If the audio needs a correction, upload a new version and ask the client to approve it. Approval of the earlier version does not approve the replacement. Unrelease the files if the replacement should not be downloaded yet.
Deleting a version retains its approval record with a reference to the deleted version. Deleting the project removes the project’s approval records. For a record that needs correction, contact support and describe the issue.
