Can my client hear what the codec does?
Compare lossless playback with selected Ogg Vorbis, AAC and Opus encodes. Codec preview is off by default.
With a supported platform selected, choose Lossless or a codec preview. Soneam offers Ogg Vorbis around 96 kbps for the Spotify preview, AAC at 256 kbps for Apple Music and Opus for YouTube.
These are test encodes for selected listening conditions. Actual services may use different encoders, bitrates or formats, including lossless options. A preview is not a capture of the service’s output.
The first preview may take time to encode; a cached preview can play without that wait. Switch back to Lossless to compare with the lossless preview. The original delivery file is unchanged.
