How do I know my client listened?
Each project shows the number of recorded visits with at least five seconds of playback and when the latest occurred.
Under a project’s name on the dashboard, a line such as Heard 3 times · 2 hours ago counts visits to your review link in which at least five seconds played. This is available on every plan.
Visits that appear to be your own, such as checks from the connection you use for work, are excluded. The line is hidden when there are no qualifying records. These records do not identify a listener or prove they paid attention.
On Pro, the Visits panel shows recorded playback sections and device information.
