Can I turn off comments for my clients?
Yes, for your whole account in Settings or for one link from its menu. Clients can still listen and approve.
In Settings, under Client pages, switch off Let clients comment on your review links and save. Every review link you have takes the change, and links you make later follow it.
To change a single link, open its ⋯ menu on the project and choose Turn off comments on this link or Let the client comment.
With comments off, the client page shows no comment box and no reply button, and a comment sent from a page that was already open is refused. Your client can still listen, compare versions if you allow it, approve and download released files. Comments already written stay on the page.
